I like to knit. After the Stitch 'n B **** craze a few years ago I thought it would be easy to find a group of young, fun knitters and generally crafty people in the Brookline area. I couldn't find one- so I started this group. You should join this group if: A. You like to knit or crochet (or would like to learn!) B. You are in your 20's or 30's C. You like to be social We can work on our projects, help each other modify patterns or learn stitches, and meet some new people along the way.  

Come knit and crochet with us on the third Thursday of every month, 10 am to 1 pm. We meet at the Dot2Dot Cafe, home of the best breakfast dish in Boston ("Boston Phoenix"). I started this group because my friends and I love to knit and/or crochet, and we love Dot2Dot's French toast with homemade brioche bread and eggs Benedict with Hollandaise made from scratch. Each November, the Nave Gallery in Somerville, MA hosts Wrap Around, a sale of affordable handmade woolen goods to support the Somerville Homeless Coalition.
