This group is for people who love to knit and meet others at the same time. We will be holding regular events where people can bring their current projects, get help and advice from others. You will also be able to get ideas for new projects and purchase yarn and patterns at very competitive prices.
Whilst seeing so many of our customers at The Tea Box in Richmond town centre enjoy a social chat with their friends, we also spotted on a number of occasions that small groups of Knitters would congregate for a cup of the finest tea and cakes we have. We are a young, friendly group of knitters and crocheters that meet weekly above our shop on Park Street, Berylune, Leamington Spa. We provide unlimited tea and a generous helping of home made cake - we ask that you put £3 in to our piggy bank, Mr Cook E Fund, to help cover our costs. This is a group for anyone who enjoys knitting or who would like to learn but in the company of others! The group will meet in various locations, mostly coffee shops, throughout Gloucester on Sunday afternoons on a fortnightly basis. There is a one-off charge of £2.50 for the year to cover the cost of the Meetup site, although you are welcome to come along for the first session for free to try it out. Please bring your own knitting kit - needles and wool - and a knit you will go :-)
